13-year-old Euan Stephenson from Felixstowe has had a passion for go-karting since he was 8 and throughout those years has accumulated a wealth of experience, knowledge and exposure both on and off the track.

Local go-karting legend, Euan Stephenson.

He began karting at Anglia Indoor Karting in Ipswich, and after a few years he felt it was time to develop his racing and moved to a larger outdoor track at Ellough Raceways in Beccles.

As part of the Kart Championship 2023, Euan will be racing his own independent kart at national level (in the Junior Rotax category) at Warden Law Kart Club, Rowrah Kart Circuit, Llandow Kart Track, Fulbeck Kart Club, Clay Pigeon Raceway and Whilton Mill International Kart Circuit.

13-year-old Euan Stephenson looks forward to competing in the Kart Championship 2023.

Euan and his family are reaching out to businesses who would like to sponsor him, offering a deal that would include displaying the company’s name and logo on the race transport trailer, race kart and driver clothing.

Euan’s dad, Alex Stephenson, says: “I believe that Euan would promote a brand excellently. He can offer a company or organisation many different avenues of sponsorship and understands he can offer something in return, like attending shows and events to support and promote his sponsor.”

Euan attends St Albans Catholic High School in Ipswich and in his free time he enjoys attending Felixstowe Sea Cadets, with an eye on joining the Royal Navy for a future career path. Since 2018, his karting achievements include second and third place wins at Junior Indoor Championships, Rookie, Iron Man and Pro League racing events.
