Over 90 artists and craft makers will have their work for sale at this year’s Art on the Prom in Felixstowe which promises to be bigger and better than ever! The return of this long-standing event happens on Sunday 1 September and is a wonderful celebration of creativity and community.

The event is free to attend, open to the public from 10am until the later time of 6pm this year and will be located in its usual place along The Promenade, from Holland Road to the Spa gardens.

Visitors are encouraged to come along and celebrate the return of a much-loved event as well as to support the fantastic array of artists who will be exhibiting. A great free family day out is guaranteed, and if you fall in love with a painting or find a unique handmade gift for a special person, then all the better.

The event has been made possible by huge financial and organisational support from the East Suffolk Council, Felixstowe BID and Felixstowe Town Council as well as generous sponsorship from the local law practice, Aquabridge Law.

“Without the generous support from local organisations, the return of the event in 2024 would not have been possible. Art Eat Events are proud to be reinstating this community driven event and wish everyone who takes part huge success. We hope to return every year and urge the public to visit and enjoy what promises to be a wonderful array of affordable arts and crafts from local talented creatives.” Bonny Williams, Event Producer, Art Eat Events.

The organisers continue to add the finishing touches to the event and are still recruiting volunteers, so if you are interested in helping out on the day, please check the website. www.artontheprom.uk
