Trustees Week 2020

Trustees’ Week is an annual event to showcase the great work that trustees do and highlight opportunities for people from all walks of life to get involved and make a difference. Taking place 2-6 November 2020.

Trustees are the people in charge of a charity. They help to make the UK the sixth most giving country in the world. They play a vital role, volunteering their time and working together to make important decisions about the charity’s work.

Community Action Suffolk is hosting several events for you to take part in during the week. Visit the events page on the CAS website to look for:

Monday: The value of Young Trustees and how to recruit successfully

Tuesday: Finance essentials for treasurers and Trustees

Wednesday: Introduction to the role of a Trustee

Thursday: Social Investment for Trustees

If you cannot make these events, Jayne, our Development Officer-Governance and Community Buildings supports trustees throughout the year.
