Free Webinar For People Suffering From Tinnitus & Hearing Loss

Do you hear whistling, buzzing or humming in your ears? You may be experiencing Tinnitus and you are not alone.

To mark National Tinnitus Week (February 1-7) local hearing care specialists, The Hearing Care Centre, are running a free to attend online webinar on Friday 5 February at 1pm, looking at the condition and wider issues surrounding hearing loss.

The presentation, which will be held via Zoom and last for approximately 30 minutes, will be led by Simon Myhill, RHAD FdSc FSHAA, who is the Clinical Lead at The Hearing Care Centre. Simon will not only be sharing important information about the subject but also offering the opportunity for attendees to ask questions.

Affecting about 15 to 20 percent of people tinnitus is a condition where noises are heard when there is no external source, usually in the ears or in the head. However, many people don’t understand that it isn’t a condition itself but it’s a symptom of an underlying condition, such as age-related hearing loss, ear injury or a circulatory system disorder.
