Having worked for several years with companies in the same field, Clinton Goodrich established Digital Dimensions 2010. Based in Rushmere village, but covering the entire Suffolk County, Digital Dimensions specialises in aerial, satellite installations and servicing, Wi-Fi and networking around the house and CCTV systems.

“Repeat business is rare in our industry as once a new system is installed and we’re happy it’s working as it should be, and the client is happy, there is rarely a need to go back, unless the customer wants to upgrade of course. We do get repeat business from customers who move house or who purchase a second property and lots of new inquiries come through recommendation from satisfied customers.”

Clinton has been busier than ever through lockdown. With people spending more time at home, and many more working from home, the demand for reliable, Wi-Fi and networking systems grew almost overnight.

“We worked flat out for months on end to meet demand, often responding to urgent calls for help when systems failed. At a time when there was so much pressure on everyone and many were worried about losing their jobs, we were at least able to make sure they could rely on their Wi-Fi connection.”

With so much of his new business coming from word of mouth, Clinton is extremely proud of the company’s 5 Star rating on Trust Pilot.

“We know our reviews give us an edge but we’re also known for the speed of our response, often attending on the same day. Clinton ensures that social distancing is maintained and always wears gloves and a mask when he visits a customer’s home.
