A Spectacular Line-up of Talent at The Spa Pavilion in Felixstowe

On Friday 6 May, The Spa Pavilion hosts Jongleurs Comedy Club, with four excellent comics who have performed at the Edinburgh Festival, on TV panel shows, and at theatres and comedy clubs across the UK. With Pam Ford, Philip Simon, Ashley Frieze, and Kate Smurthwaite, you’re guaranteed a night of side-splitting humour!

On Saturday 7 May, it’s Aretha & Me – the brand-new one-woman show from award-winning musical theatre star, Patti Boulaye!

For a double-show-day on Sunday 8 May (3pm / 7.30pm), don’t miss The Spa’s VE Day Celebration: Bless ‘Em All! With a talented line-up, including Skyliner BandThe Three Chordettes, and Christina Johnston, this show promises an exciting journey of nostalgia, music, comedy and drama.

Following the sell-out success of two big musicals last year with Kinky Boots and Shrek, Dennis Lowe Theatre Company present four performances of Priscilla: Queen of the Desert on 13, 14 and 15 May. This smash-hit musical is packed with disco floor fillers, from I Will Survive to Girls Just Wanna Have Fun and is a non-stop feel-good singalong.

Saturday 21 May sees the much-anticipated return of Marshall King, with his Legends show. (Adult humour, 18+). You won’t believe your ears as you hear songs from artists such as Freddie Mercury, Neil Diamond, Elvis, Tom Jones, Roy Orbison and more.

The next day, and in complete contrast, internationally-famous music icon and soprano Lesley Garrett will grace the Spa stage. Bringing her extensive catalogue of classical and operatic hits, the show starts at 7.30pm on Sunday 22 May, for a delightful evening of song, reminiscences and chat.

Lastly: ‘If You’d Do Anything’ for your love of Meatloaf, how about booking to see Steve Steinman’s show on Friday 27 MayAnything for Love: The Meatloaf Story features an incredible stage set, 10-piece live band, and performances that’ll blow you away. A fitting tribute to a true legend.

Another way to support the Spa and enjoy the panoramic sea views, their café, bars and restaurant are open every day ­– now with extended opening hours: 9.30am-6pm. Hot and cold drinks, homemade cakes and food are all on the menu, plus a fabulous Sunday roast.
